There's a slight problem with my student visa that why I'm back in Singapore for awhile.

I've been very very very very busy lately..
Stressing out & cracking my brain on my trip to Perth..
Many of you who follow me in Facebook knows that I'm leaving for Perth to continue my studies..
Yup, that's right!
I'll be leaving for a year & will be undertaking Diploma of Beauty Therapy..
My academy is called Australian College of Beauty Therapy..
I left with 8 more days now..
I would like to apologize if I haven't been blogging & MIA for months..
Leaving your ass in other people country is not as easy as you think it will be..
There's a lot of work needed to be done such as student visa, health cover, accommodation & lots more..
See how much hassle you have to go through?!
I just hope all of this hard work is worth..

If I have time I'll blog more about beauty products from Australia..

Thank You LEMONGRASS HOUSE for sending me a goodies for Mother's Day!!!
They emailed me asking what scent I love, and of course ROYAL LOTUS..
It seems like the whole of my family including my so loving bf loves the scent of it..
He even asked me to get for him when I'm back in Singapore..
Asked him how many bottles he want, he answer get a few..
I said NO, get it yourself because I have lots of things to bring over to Perth..
To that extend he said "nvr mind, I'll buy it online!" lol..
Never see him liking something so badly..

My favourite hairspray & hair mist for the month of April!!!
Love it! Love it! Love it!
Bought it in Priceline in Perth..
Don't know if there is one in Singapore..
If there is, than it's good for you ladies so you can try this babies out..

It's the Herbal Essences Hairspray!
Fyi, it's an aerosol bottle spray..
I love the smell of it, the packaging is fancy & of course the quality of it..
It hold hair up to 8hrs & more..
You know when you try to tease it or you curl your hair and brush your hair when you already have hairspray on that leaves a white flakes, this doesn't..
I'm so happy I found one that doesn't flakes at all!!!

The same brand product but a hair mist..
I used this for a sleek look when I bun my hair..
Many of you know I'm famous for always putting my hair to a bun & sometime a big round bun for special occasion..
I really like the sleek look ala red carpet..
This makes my hair really shiny!
And yes this smells really nice too..
In fact, it smells better than the other one :)

Sorry for the late post again..
Been busy, went to Perth to meet my clients :)

Bare this in mind, it's ok to invest more on the things you need!
This is something that you need IF you're a skincare type of a person like me..
I can live without makeup but not skincare..
This is what you need be it you're 16 yrs old or what not..

I've been using this product for the past 3 weeks & YES it does work..

I've been using TBS skincare which I mix & match the treatments, I realized that every time I used EA treatments for my face, there's always a lot of changes..
Not that TBS treatments does not work on me, but it works faster for my skin because of the rich formula & ingredients the have in their product..

Long awaited post..
I went to Spa by Norfasarie..
Invited personally by the spa Director, Norfasarie..
As many of you know, Norfasarie is a celebrity in Singapore who is an actress & a singer..
Also a wife to Singapore's Football player, Baihakki Khaizan..
This spa that is pretty new in Singapore, 3 weeks old ++ I guess but it's not officially launched yet..
So...
I got to try one of her services which is "Royal Indulgence" also known as the Signature Lulur which includes Traditional Lulur, Milk Bath & Luxurious Massage for 120mins(2hrs)..
This service is HIGHLY recommended to bride-to-be that will benefits her skin..
For the service that I tried, Spa by Norfasarie only uses the purest and nature best ingredients of home grown finely blend of tumeric, rice powder and pandan leaves and several herbs and spices with exotic scents signature to the spa..
Which is pretty amazing cause instead of using salt scrub they used all the natural ingredients which is not that harsh on skin..
I think too much of scrubbing can damaged the outter layer of the skin especially with salt scrub but all this on individual preferred :)
FYI, there's a few more services you can try like foot reflexology, exfoliation therapy, cocoon therapy & lots more services coming up in the future like facial & spa manicure!!!
I so can't wait to try the facial treatment :)

I rather pamper myself with all this than pampering myself with designer bags..
hehehe!
FYI, Lulur will be done on that massage bed followed by jacuzzi than massage..
What?! Jacuzzi?!
YES!!!

This is the jacuzzi area where I get to soak myself & pretend to be a princess by rubbing all my "daki²"(dirt) on my body..
hehehe!
This jacuzzi thingy will only be done after your lulur..
Once they 're done exfoliating you, they will wrap your body for approximately 15 mins, than you'll get to soak yourself in here..
Let me tell you something about the lulur..
They not only exfoliate your legs, thigh, hands, under arm but they exfoliate your breast as well..
Never tried that when I went to The Fullerton Hotel Spa, this is something new which I don't really like, cause MALU LAH!
Maybe I'll get used to it when I come again..
Thanks to FERA who is my masseuses of the day..
She really did a great job!
Very friendly service :)

Besides that room, they also have a "couple" room..
I love this room <3
Because it's so cozy & so welcoming!!!!
Oh, fyi, male are not allowed in the spa plus they don't have male masseuses..

Bought a lot of concealers but one of my favourite concealers is this concealer palette I bought in costalscent's website..
Very affordable!

Lately I've not been using thick makeup..
What I meant by thick makeup was using not using the tv stick foundation or liquid foundation as a base..
I found my new love!

Elizabeth Arden Pure Finish Mineral Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 15 & also the Pure Finish Mineral Powder Foundation with SPF 20 PA++...
When the first time I wore the tinted moisturizer & the powder foundation, surprisingly I didn't felt that I was wearing any makeup on..
The texture is so light!
It does help to cover uneven skin tone..
When you take photo, you can see how flawless your skin looks in the picture..
I've been getting a lot of compliments from friends saying that my skin is getting more flawless..
Believe it or not, it lasted the whole day..
From there on, I've been loving this 2 babies..
OFFICIALLY #1 on my makeup list :)
I will use this for the rest of my life, provided it won't be discontinued..

I was having Ice Cream at Haagen Dazs in Tampines Mall when I saw this new shop selling OPI, BLOOM & etc..

What you do is rub the waxing strip to make it warm, thats it!
Like the one I went, I can feel it burning & it's so hot & painful..
Overall, this work the same as the hot wax is just that this is the strip type which you can bring it anywhere you go..

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS SEGMENT..
I've been receiving same common makeup base questions from readers so I thought of posting it out here..

Q. My foundation always looks great in the shop, but orange when I apply it at home.. Why?
A. This happens when oils on your skin interfere with ingredients in the foundation..
You don't have to have oils on your skin for it to happen, nor will it occur with every brand..
The best way to beat it when you're putting is to wait for 2-3 mins before checking a test patch in the mirror..
Then find some natural light and choose the shades you can't see..

Q. I have very dry skin and blusher always goes blotchy.. What can I do?
A. This tends to happen if you apply blush direct to dry, bare skin..
The skin sucks the oils out of the powder and leaves dusty, blotchy pigment on the surface..
Beat it by wearing foundation or tinted moisturizer with a little powder over the top or if you prefer the natural look, then just layer your blush..
Smooth moisturizer over your skin, then apply a cream blush and finally powder over with your chosen shades..
This will stop blotching and make the colour last longer..

Q. My concealer stings my eyes.. Why?
A. You're applying it too close to the rim of the eye..
When covering dark circles, the main focus of the colour should be where the circle meets the cheek..
Blend upwards, this graduates colour & prevents it slipping into the eyes..
If it still hurts, switch to a hypoallergenic products, from which the most common allergens will have been removed..
What's hypoallergenic?
Ingredients shown to be least likely to cause allergic reactions :)

You got it right, it's from Jose Eber the world famous hairdresser..
He use this curling iron in his Beverley Hills Salon, fashion runaway and movie sets around the globe..
I've tried it once using my customer's curling iron..
I kinda like it cause it's clipless & easy to use..

I nearly forgot to blog about my TI Creative Styling Bundle!
I received the items like a week plus..
I'm in love with it!
When I first got it, I was like "OMG! It's freaking cuteeeeeee..."
I love the hot purse too, it's soooo me =)
Just nice for traveling..
I really² love the outcome after I straighten my hair using the flat iron..
It's so soft after that..
And when I curl my hair, it's so much easier with that flat iron cause it has this pointed front for me to hold so that my fingers won't get burned!

Yesterday, I received 2 items from Elizabeth Arden which they send it to me for free..
I was one of the chosen one to review their best sellers..
This is in conjunction with the Her World Beauty Awards..
I've to choose 2 out of 4 of the selected items..

I want to share with you ladies out there on how to get a healthy big curly hair without no heat..
So...
Check out the photos below..

What you need is a bobbi pins only..
Take section by section & pin it with bobbi pins, just like the above photo..
Make sure your hair is dry..
Leave it for 15-20 minutes and remove the bobbi pins..
You can leave it over night if you want too..
=)

When you remove it,
You're gonna have the healthy curly hair just like that..
Quick & easy!
You can spray with hairspray if you want, but for me, I just leave it like that so it'll look more natural..
